Unlike most modular consultants, RaaP Builders was founded by experienced GC-fabricator leadership who have managed design-fabricator coordination and site delivery firsthand.  Our founder Mark Skender was an experienced GC who built over 8,000 affordable units. This heritage allows us to productize designs and work with architects and contractors to build faster and more affordably.
